Recently, we had an opportunity to sample the Iconic Leaf Recluse.   The Recluse is a debut cigar by Iconic Leaf Cigars that will be doing their official launch at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show.   As a part of our write-up, we mentioned that the cigar would be offered in ten frontmarks.  At the time of writing, seven of the frontmarks were announced, but the three remaining ones were not announced.  In this Cigar Coop exclusive, we have learned that the three vitolas have been copyrighted and these will be known as the Kanu vitolas.

The information we received is as follows:

The Kanu was inspired by a Kayak boat.  It is now copywrited and
the trademark has been applied for.  This will be only the second time a cigar
shape has been trademarked.  It is also the first time in history this
shape has been done. The cigar is in the shape of a box pressed perfecto
if you will.  It has subtle cornering and is aerodynamic in fashion.
It was a painstaking process to perfect this new shape but we have
mastered it.  The shape smokes razor sharp with a full easy compliment
of flavorful smoke on the draw.  It is a masterpiece!  The cigars will
be on display at booth numbers 1283-1285 at this years IPCPR in Orlando
Florida.
