Te-Amo Revolution

At the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show, Altadis unveiled its newest addition to the Te-Amo family of cigars, the Te-Amo Revolution.

The Te-Amo Revolution is a oval-shaped box-press offering in the Te-Amo line.  It leverages several types of tobacco grown in the San Andres region on the Turrent family farms.  It also is the first of the Te-Amo series to incorporate Nicaraguan tobacco in the filler.

In the marketing brochure, Altadis describes the Te-Amo Revolution as “Rich, flavorful, and fuller-bodied, they offer a complex taste and aroma profile with a very balanced and satisfying smoke in new Ovalado vitolas.” 

The banding of the Te-Amo Revolution is radically different than the core Te-Amo line.  It has the name “REVOLUTION” in bold letters without the Te-Amo brand name.   This seams to follow some of the more modern packaging that Altadis introduced earlier this year with the Romeo line..
