Quietly, Christian Eiroa’s CLE Cigars is rolling out a third blend. This third blend will add an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper option to the portfolio. The cigar is appropriately called CLE Connecticut.
The CLE Connecticut joins the CLE Corojo and the CLE Cuarenta. Those two first blends were both released prior to the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show. The CLE Corojo and CLE Cuarenta blends have recently been disclosed as Honduan puros according to the CLE web-site. The CLE Connecticut follows in the path of the CLE Corojo and CLE Cuarenta by leveraging Honduran tobacco for the binder and filler.
Here are the particulars of the CLE Connecticut:
Wrapper: Ecuadorian Connecticut
