Unlike the rest of the Epernay line which is packaged
as above, the Le Voyage will be packaged in coffin

At the 2013 IPCPR Trade Show, Illusione Cigars announced a line extension to its popular Epernay line. The Illusione Epernay Le Voyage adds a massive 9 1/4 x 49 “A” size vitola into the line. This becomes the tenth frontmark in the line and according to the company, this will be the final line extension to the Epernay line.

The Epernay Le Voyage will be packaged in an individual coffin box.  The coffins will be packaged five per box.  This is the only offering in the line that will be packaged this way.

The Epernay derives its name from a town in the Champagne region of France. The blend is a Nicaraguan puro featuring both Corojo and Criollo tobaccos and a Cafe Rosado wrapper. The blend is a milder option in the Illusione portfolio as there is no ligero tobacco used.

The new Le Voyage is going to be one of the higher priced cigars in the Illusione portfolio. The 8/13/13 Cigar Insider reports it will have an SRP of $25.00

The Illusione Epernay is made at the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras.
