The 5 1/8 x 54 format of the Elogio Robusto Limitada
will now be coming to the Serie LSV and Serie Habano lines

Elogio will be adding a new 5 1/8 x 54 vitola known as the Robusto Especial to both its core LSV and Habano lines.  Information on this announcement was made on the company’s Facebook page.

At the 2013 IPCPR Trade Show, Elogio introduced its Robusto Limitada as a part of its Limitada line (the company had previously introduced a Salomon with a similar blend).  The Robusto Limitada is a 5 1/8 x 54 vitola with a pig-tail cap and covered foot.  An analogous vitola now will be added to both the Serie LSV and Serie Habano lines.

The LSV line consists of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Habano is a Nicaraguan puro.  Both lines already contain a 5 x 50 robusto

Elogio
is a boutique cigar company run by Nabil and Rosaline Sabbah out of
Wichita, Kansas. Elogio is made in Nicaragua and blended by
Carlos Pereda Robaina.  If you recognize the Robaina name – it is the
one you are probably familiar with..  Carlos is the grandson of renowned
grower and blender Alejandro Robaina.  Elogio is a true vertically
integrated boutique company as they are involved in the entire cigar
lifecycle – from seed to store.  Given their size, their cigars are
limited in availability (they produce only 50,000 total per year) and
only made available to select retailers.  This is done to meet demand
while delivering a high quality product.
