The lancero format is coming to the Avo Cigars brand.  At the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show, Avo Cigars announced the launch of the Avo Heritage in a 7 1/4 x 40 lancero format.  This marks the first lancero to be released in under the Avo Cigars brand.

The Avo Heritage Lancero will be a limited production blend, with 2,500 twenty-count boxes produced in 2014. Pricing is expected at $8.25 per cigar.

The Avo Heritage Lancero becomes the first line extension to the Avo Heritage line since the launch of the Avo Heritage Special Toro.  Much like the lancero, the Special Toro was also a first for Avo Cigars as that was the brand’s first 6 x 60.

Avo Cigars announced extensions to three of its lines.  In addition to the Avo Heritage Lancero, the Avo XO Toro and Avo Classic 6 x 60 were also announced.

Like the other cigars in the Avo Heritage Series, the Avo Heritage Special Toro uses the same Ecuadorian Cuban Seed wrapper that was found on the Avo Limited Edition 2009 Companero.
