Details around the company’s planned box-pressed torpedo line extension to the E.P. Carrilo Perez-Carrillo La Historia have now surfaced. A couple of weeks ago, the company had announced on its Facebook page a torpedo was coming to the La Historia line.  The company has now told Cigar Aficionado the size will be called Regalias d’Celia and will be launched at the 2015 IPCPR Trade Show in New Orleans.

Regalias d’Celia will become the first figuardo and fourth vitola overall in the La Historia line.  According to the report the name of the vitola is named after the grandmother of Ernesto Perez-Carrillo’s wife. This is consistent with other three sizes in the line named for members of Perez-Carrillo’s family.
