Last month we reported on Gran Habano’s plans for a limited release lancero. Today, the company announced what is the first release of the Private Humidor Selection by George Rico called MLG. This is the first installment of a series of cigars that come from the 30,000 cigars produced since 2003 for George Rico’s personal usage.

The MLG is limited release run of 2007 and 2008 vintage lanceros that are Rico’s signature go to blend and size to smoke. The cigars will be individually wrapped in gold foil and packaged in a box resembling a box of gold.  The cigars will be packaged in 25 count boxes with a total of 100 boxes being made available to a select set of retailers in California, Hawaii, and Texas.
