Hammer-Sickle

At the 2016 IPCPR Trade Show, Hammer + Sickle announced two new additions to its Berlin Wall Series in the form of Box Pressed Vitolas.

A recent edition of Cigar Insider confirmed the sizes being a box-pressed Robusto (5 x 50) and a Box Pressed Churchill (7 x 50).  The blend consists of a Honduran Criollo wrapper, Dominican binder, and a filler consisting of Honduran and Dominican tobaccos. The Berlin Wall is made at the Agroindustrias Laepe S.A factory in Honduras – the factory that produces Camacho Cigars.

The release of the box-pressed vitolas bring the total number of vitolas in the line to five. There was also a limited edition Short Corona released in 2014 known as Celebration.
