Clint Aaron, president of 262 Cigars provided some information to members of the cigar media in terms of his release plans for the remainder of 2012.  Among the agenda items are: the release of the new 262 Revere cigar line; line extensions for the 262 Paradigm and 262 Ideology; and some packaging changes for the 262 Ideology.

262 Revere

The 262 Revere marks 262’s fourth blend to be released.   Aaron plans on introducing the Revere at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show, but plans are to launch in the Fall 2012.   Aaron has said that Riverside Cigars in Jeffersonville, Indiana will host the national launch of the Revere.

While Aaron has not provided information on the factory of the origin, blend composition or pricing, he has said the Revere will be available in four vitolas: Corona (5
1/2 x 44), Robusto (5 x 50), and Box Press Toro (6 x 54)

262 Paradigm 6Sixty
Aaron classified this as an IPCPR release.  The 6Sixty is a line extension to the 262 Paradigm line.  It is a 6 x 60 vitola, but also is the sixth vitola in the Paradigm series.

Ideology Robusto
Aaron also had this classified as n IPCPR release.   A 5 x 50 Robusto is being added to the Ideology line.  Aaron says, “Several folks have
asked for it, and we’ve listened
“.

In addition there will be some packaging changes to the boxes of the Ideology.  According to Aaron,  “The
Ideology will also see some changes this August.  We are revamping the
boxes to bring the logo to the forefront and make it more prominent on
the box.  The boxes will undergo a minor shape change, but will still be
shelf-friendly and recognizable as The Ideology by 262 Cigars
.”
