Padilla Cigars will be releasing a limited production offering known as the Padilla Vintage Reserve.  A couple of weeks ago, we noted that a photo posted by Padilla Cigars Brand Ambassador Susanna Aragon of this cigar.  The initial details of the Padilla Vintage Reserve were reported in a January 29th edition of Cigar Insider.

The Padilla Vintage Reserve will be produced at Tabacalera Oliva SA. Oliva has been manufacturing the Padilla Reserva line as well as the upcoming Padilla Connecticut.  Oliva Cigar Company is also handling U.S. and European distribution.

There will be two distinguishing characteristics with the Padilla Vintage Reserve.  Each cigar will be individually numbered as well each box.

According to the article, the Padilla Vintage Reserve uses the name “Vintage” but the tobaccos won’t be tied to a vintage date.

Vitolas Available

In terms of limited production, the Cigar Insider article mentions targets of 500 boxes per month. There will be three sizes produced.  The dimensions of these vitolas have not yet been disclosed.
