La Gloria Cubana has launched a retail exclusive cigar for Easton Pennsylvania retailer Famous Cigar Shop.  The cigar is called the La Gloria Cubana Gilded Age.   The cigar was launched at the 2013 Cigarnival event held this past weekend.

The name “Gilded Age” pays homage to a tribute of late 19th century history where the United States went through a a period of economic growth as well as some social upheaval.  This name also plays with a theme that La Gloria Cubana’s parent company General Cigar has adopted with another brand – Foundry.  The Foundry paid homage to the Steampunk era in American history.

The cigars are banded with the classic La Gloria Cubana female portrait band.  A secondary gold band with black font rests below it saying “GILDED AGE”.

The La Gloria Cubana Gilded Age was provided to all attendees at the festival.   Here are the details of the cigar.  The cigar will be sold by Famous Cigar Shop going forward.
