Casa Fernandez Cigars is adding a fourth extension to its Aganorsa Leaf Maduro line.  Today the company announced a 6 1/2 x 50 box-pressed toro will be heading to its retailers this month.  The new size will be called “Delire”.

The name Delire is French for “delirium” or wild idea.  The name comes from the intense flavor from the 5 year old Nicaraguan tobacco in the blend.

It was in 2012 when Casa Fernandez unveiled its Aganorsa Leaf Maduro line in two box-pressed sizes (Robusto Extra and El Supremo).  Late last year, a 5 x 48 box-press called Illustre was added.

The Casa Fernandez Aganorsa Leaf Maduro uses tobaccos from the famed Aganorsa farms.  The cigar is wrapped with a San Andres Maduro leaf. The Aganorsa Leaf Maduro is made at the company’s Miami, Florida based factory.

2014 has proven to be a very busy year for Casa Fernandez.  This summer at the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show, the company launched several new cigars including the Casa Fernandez Aniversario Serie 2014Casa Fernandez Arsenio Serie Oro, and the JFR XT Corojo and Maduro lines.

Casa Fernandez says they are considering a similar extension to the Aganorsa Leaf Corojo line.
