For the fourth consecutive year, Viaje will be bringing back its Thanksgiving Holiday theme line, the Viaje Stuffed Turkey. There is one difference in this year’s release. As we reported earlier this year, the Viaje Stuffed Turkey is moving from the “White Label Project” (WLP) to become its own line – complete with its own banding and packaging Today Viaje posted details on their Facebook page of this new release.

As has been the case for the past three years, there will be two distinct blends. The Viaje Stuffed Turkey White Meat will once again be a Nicaraguan puro with a criollo wrapper). The Viaje Stuffed Turkey Dark meat will be a San Andres Maduro.

In addition, the cigars will once again be 5 x 58 vitolas. Originally the vitolas were introduced as 5 x 60 cigars and remained that way for 2012.  Last year the company lowered the ring gauge to 58.

The Viaje Stuffed Turkey made its debut in 2011 as a Nicaraguan puro.  It also marked the company’s first 60 ring gauge cigar. It was originally released as a part of the “White Label Project” line. This line is a mechanism for Viaje to release experimental blends and sizes, factory errors, etc.

Viaje will also be releasing a third cigar called Farmer Bill Hatchet as a part of its Thanksgiving seasonal release.

At a glance here is a look at the Viaje Stuffed Turkey 2014 line:
