Davidoff’s Zino Platinum brand has announced it will once again be teaming up with the urban artists from UR New York. Under this new partnership, Brooklyn-based artists Mike Baca (aka 2ESAE) and Fernando Romero (aka SKI) will become Zino Platinum Brand Ambassadors. They will also work with select retailers to create limited edition cigars and exclusive artwor called ZINO PLATINUM x UR NEW YORK “The Remake”.

UR NEW YORK is no stranger to working with the Zino brand. Back in 2012, Baca and Romero worked with Zino on the packaging to the Zino Platinum Ten, a limited edition project commemorating the ten year anniversary of the Zino brand. The following year, the duo worked on the packaging for Zino – The Make of New York, a limited edition series of cigars that paid homage to the culture of New York City.

The limited edition ZINO PLATINUM x UR NEW YORK “The Remake”, projects will contain artwork inspired by the cities and locales of the various retailers.

In a press release announcing the collaboration, Baca commented, “Be Who You Are is our way of life. This is reflected everyday in the way we think and operate. ZINO PLATINUM x UR NEW YORK “The Remake” will launch in the second half of 2016. A series of in-store events launching the cigars will be supported by Baca and Romero.
