Black Label Trading Company has announced that is 2018 vintage of Bishops Blend is now heading to stores.

“I’m very excited about the third release of Bishops Blend. This is one of our most anticipated releases of the year and the 2018 vintage will not disappoint. The 2018 boasts big bold flavors of anise, pepper, raisins and a sweet earthiness on the finish. It is very complex and extremely refined. As with the past vintages the broadleaf fillers shine at the forefront and are perfectly balanced by the Nicaraguan filler tobaccos,” said James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Company and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra in a press release.

Bishops Blend is produced at the company’s factory, Fabrica Oveja Negra is Esteli, Nicaragua, In the U.S., distribution is handled by Boutiques Unified.

Bishops Blend Vintage 2018 features the same blend and is available in the same sizes as the 2016 and 2017 releases. The blend is highlighted by the use of both Connecticut and Pennsylvania Broadleaf in the filler. The cigar scored a Top 10 rating on the 2016 Cigar Coop Cigar of the Year Countdown.
