Feature of the Week: IPCPR Launches Cigaraction.org
IPCPR has launched its own grassroots campaign known as Cigaraction.org. The campaign is aimed at fighting the political battles the cigar industry has. We have the details here.

- Serino Cigar Company: The Serino Taino is scheduled for release in the next few weeks.

- Fratello Cigars: The Fratello Navetta Inverso begins shipping Monday 10/29/18
- Viaje: The Viaje Friends and Family Bel Air and the Viaje Skull and Bones M?stery both are returning for 2018.
Legislative News
- House of Representatives: H.R. 564 is a proposed piece of legislation that calls for an exemption from FDA Regulation for premium handmade cigars. This week no new co-sponsors were added. The total number of sponsors remained at 149.
- U.S. Senate: S.294 is the Senate companion bill to H.R. 564. This week no new co-sponsors were added. The total number of sponsors remains at 22.
- House Bill 1136: H.R. 1136 is the legislation to change the Grandfather Date for Deeming Tobacco products subject to FDA Regulation from February 15, 2017, to 21 days after enactment of the regulations. This week no new co-sponsors were added. The total number of sponsors remains at 94.
- Connecticut: The City of Hartford has raised the tobacco purchase age to 21.
