In 2019, the Eiroa family will once again open the doors of its factory and farm to visitors in Honduras. Today JRE Tobacco Company, the venture owned by Julio and Justo Eiroa announced the return of “The Original Factory Tour”.  It was the original cigar tourism program that was launched back when the Eiroas owned Camacho under the “Camp Camacho” name.

JRE Tobacco Company is offering a series of four tours over the last two weeks in February 2019. The program is being offered to retailers on a first come, first-serve basis. The retailers will coordinate attendance through their local JRE regional representative. Each trip is scheduled for four days, three nights. While travelers will need to buy their own airfare to Tegucigalpa, Honduras, the package includes ground transportation, food, lodging, and tours of the JRE Tobacco Farm and factory, the oldest such operation in Honduras.

Travelers will require a valid passport, and depending on nationality, a Honduran tourist visa (not required for U.S. citizens).

The company is also offering its retailers an incentive program through a minimum purchase order within 60 days of the trip.

The following are the dates available. Stores are asked to contact their local JRE representative for specific details on participation.

* Feb 17-20, 2019
