The AVO Maduro is back. Today Davidoff of Geneva announced the Connecticut Broadleaf offering is returning as a regular production offering. The cigar is now being rebranded as the AVO Classic Maduro.

The AVO Classic Maduro is based on the AVO Classic blend, but it replaces the Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper with a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The remainder of the blend consists of Dominican fillers. The AVO Classic Maduro returns in three sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), No. 2 (6 x 50), and No. 3 (7 1/2 x 50) – each presented in 25-count boxes. The box design is in-line with the other AVO regular production offerings.

Licensing granted to Davidoff of Geneva USA Inc.

The original AVO Maduro was a staple of the brand for many years. Back in 2015, the AVO brand underwent a portfolio revamping. As a part of this effort, there were two lines discontinued – one of those being the AVO Maduro. In 2018, the AVO Maduro made a brief return as a limited release offering. This time, now under the AVO Classic Maduro line, it appears back to stay for a long time.

The AVO Classic Maduro is scheduled to reach retailers in April 2020. At a glance, here is a look at the AVO Classic Maduro:
