At the 2021 PCA Trade Show in Las Vegas, Oliva Cigar Company will showcase a limited edition line extension to its Serie V line commemorating 135 years in the tobacco business – it’s called the Oliva Serie V 135th Anniversary Edición Limitada. Details of this story were first reported by Cigar Aficionado.

The 135 years goes back to Pinar de Rio, Cuba when family patriarch Melanio Oliva first started growing tobacco.

Like the rest of the Serie V line, the Oliva Serie V 135th Anniversary Edición Limitada features an Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The 135th Anniversary Edición Limitada is a figurado measuring 5 1/4 x 54. While the 135th Anniversary Edición Limitada features a rounded head, it also features a tapered footer.

The cigars come packaged in 12-count boxes arranged in a fan-styled tray. Cigar Aficionado says production has been limited to 15,000 boxes, with pricing set at $10.00 per cigar.

While the cigars will be showcased at the PCA Trade Show, they are not expected to ship until the Fall.
