Espinosa Cigars has announced they have begun shipping to retailers their La Zona Connecticut and La Zona Habano in 20 count boxes.  This is a result of feedback from both retailers and consumers.

Currently the La Zona Connecticut and Habano lines are offered in 80 count crates and 20 count bundles.  Espinosa said these packaging options will still be available in addition to the 20 count boxes.

The La Zona line was introduced at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show as a value priced line in the Espinosa portfolio.  The cigars consist of Nicaraguan binder and filler in either a Connecticut Shade or Nicaraguan Habano wrapper.  There are two vitolas for each of the vitola blends: Robusto (5 x 52 – SRP $4.40) and Super Toro (6 1/2 x 54 – SRP $4.80).
