A.J. Fernandez has announced the Northeastern U.S. launch of its New World Connecticut will be held at Cigar Emporium in Lyndhurst, NJ on June 4th at 7pm.
In a press release, Richard Yanuzzi, owner of the Cigar Emporium said,” We have a great relationship with A.J. Fernandez and we are only happy to have their support during our grand opening. We expect the New World Connecticut event to be a smash hit.”
Kris Katchaturian, Managing Partner at A.J. Fernandez Cigars also commented in the sam press release.,” Richard and the Cigar Emporium have always been huge supporters of A.J. so we are only happy to launch the New World Connect at their establishment.”
The press release also confirmed that A.J. Fernandez and Cigar Emporium had recently collaborated on a special retailer exclusive Mayimbe for the shop. The blend consists of a habano 2000 wrapped around a Nicaraguan binder and filler. 400 ten count “Cigar Emporium” custom engraved boxes were created. The Cigar Emporium Mayimbe blend is just as complex as the original but with a smoother finish.
Cigar Emporium was also the recipient of the limited San Lotano Oval Habano Limited Edition Pigskin Super Smoke Figurado XLVIII back in 2014.
In addition to the launch, Cigar Emporium will also be celebrating the opening of their second store located at 658 Bloomfield Ave West Caldwell, NJ.
Cigar Coop assessed the A.J. Fernandez New World Connecticut and rated it a box worthy cigar with a score of 92.
