El Artista Cigars has announced a brand extension to Buffalo TEN with the Buffalo TEN Natural. It’s a Habano-wrapped offering joining the Buffalo TEN Maduro introduced last year.
Buffalo TEN is a value-priced box-pressed line that was introduced in 2019 with the San Andres-wrapped Buffalo TEN Maduro. The Buffalo TEN Natural consists of an Ecuadorian-grown Habano wrapper over an Indonesian Sumatra binder, a proprietary blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and USA fillers. Like its Maduro counterpart the Buffalo TEN Natural is offered in one size – a 50 x 6 box-pressed Toro. It is presented in 5-pack bundles or sold as singles in 40-count trays. Pricing is set at $22.50 per bundle or $5.00 per individual cigar.
“The outstanding sales performance and consumer response of the original Buffalo TEN Maduro meant we had to do a strong follow up. The process was complicated because we wanted a cigar that felt like a Buffalo TEN but was a new smoking experience and not just a clone in a different wrapper,” commented El Artista Cigars President Ram Rodriguez in a press release.
“Buffalo TEN is a study in the strengths of the Factory,” added Kevin Newman head of Marketing & Sales, “El Artista produces great quality cigars at a very good price, and the B10 follow-up project needed to live up to that brand promise.”
The Buffalo TEN Natural is set to arrive at North American, European, and South American retailers beginning September 23, 2020.
