For the past six years, J.C. Newman Cigar company has run a promotional campaign in the month of October called Bricktoberfest. For the second year in a row, there will also be a limited edition cigar made available – this year, it is the Brick House Bricktoberfest 2023.

Consistent with last year’s release, the Bricktoberfest is designed to be enjoyed with an Oktoberfest-style lager beverage.

“My grandfather, J.C. Newman, was born in the only house made out of brick in a small village in Austria-Hungary,” said Eric Newman, President of J.C. Newman Cigar Company, in a press release. “He lived with his family on the second floor while the first floor was the local tavern and general store. The ‘Brick House’ cigar label depicts his family’s home. My ancestors gathered in the original ‘brick house’ to relax and celebrate with beer and cigars 150 years ago, and Bricktoberfest is the perfect way to celebrate the season with beer and Brick House cigars today.”

Like the 2022 release, the Bricktoberfest 2023 is a 6 x 52 Toro with a pig-tail cap. This year’s edition is highlighted by a Havana Rosado wrapper grown in Ecuador over all Nicaraguan tobaccos. The cigars are presented in ten-count boxes, with each cigar priced at $10.00.
