Crowned Heads has announced another limited edition line extension to the Mil Días line in the form of a 5 1/2 x 52 Belicosos Fino.

“This year has been so successful for Crowned Heads, and we wanted to close it out not only with a bang but also with offering something special to everyone who’s supported us,” commented Crowned Heads co-founder Jon Huber. “Historically, we’ve only utilized the Belicoso Fino vitola in our Le Carème blend as a limited edition and recently as a sampler exclusive size in our Las Calaveras EL 2023 sampler. The size really lends itself brilliantly to the Mil Dias blend, resulting in a flavor experience packed with layers of cream, wood, tea, and an underlying floral quality, as well.”

While some of the limited editions to Mil Días used a modified blend, Mil Días Belicosos Finos LE 2023 keeps to the core blend, featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, and filler from Costa Rica, Peru, and Nicaragua. The cigars are presented in 12-count boxes. A total of 1,500 boxes have been produced. Pricing for the Mil Días Belicosos Finos LE 2023 is set at $12.95 per cigar. As with the rest of the Mil Días line, production comes from Eradio Pichardo’s TacaNisa factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

The Mil Días Belicosos Finos LE 2023 is scheduled to ship in mid-November.
