La Gloria Cubana has announced its second cigar for the La Gloria Cubana Society Cigar, the La Gloria Cubana Society Cigar II. The la Gloria Cubana Society is a social club that interacts with the brand through its website and offline activities nationwide. Like the first La Gloria Cubana Society cigar, the La Gloria Cubana Society Cigar II was developed through input from the La Gloria Society.
Over the course of the year, members of the La Gloria Cubana Society were consulted on the blend profile, packaging, and size of the cigar. The input was taken by the La Gloria Cubana team and a final product was created. The blend consists of a Honduran Habano wrapper, an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The cigar comes in one size – a 6 x 50 Toro. The cigars come in ten-count boxes. Production comes from El Credito in the Dominican Republic, the factory located inside the General Cigar Dominicana factory.
“For this, our second ‘Society Cigar,’ we have created a smoking experience that reflects the collective preferences of La Gloria Cubana fans. This special release speaks to what this elite group of smokers currently looks for in a cigar, and we’re proud to bring it to life for them,” said Cory Beardsley, assistant brand manager for La Gloria Cubana.
Pricing is set at $12.99 SRP/cigar. The La Gloria Cubana Society II cigar is expected to ship this month. Forged Cigar Company distributes La Gloria Cubana.
