JM Tobacco has formally announced its limited edition Española Year of the Dragon is becoming regular production and will be rebranded as Española Corojo. JM President Anto Mahoukian had announced this move on Prime Time Episode 315 on August 29th, 2024. Española Corojo will debut at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show.
The Española Corojo features an Ecuadorian-grown Corojo wrapper over a San Andres binder and a combination of Dominican and Pennsylvania fillers. In addition the Toro (6 x 52) size offered under Española Year of the Dragon, three additional sizes have been added. These new sizes are Robusto (5 x 50), Belicoso (6 x 52), and Churchill (6 3/4 x 52). The four sizes will come in 20-count boxes.
The Corojo blend joins Española Connecticut and Española Maduro as regular production offerings by JM Tobacco. The Corojo will feature red and gold brands.
The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens on April 12th, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
