Les Fines Lames has introduced two new finishes, Raw Aluminum and Obsidian, to its Monad and Dyad model ashtrays.
The Raw Aluminum finish is designed to exude a bold and industrial look. Les Fines Lames states that each piece follows the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, which embraces imperfection. As a result, the ashtrays are unique, featuring marks from the production process that enhance their character. Additionally, natural marks such as stains, fingerprints, and oxidation will develop into a distinctive, beautiful patina over time.
Pricing for the Raw Aluminum Monad is €/$95.00 while pricing for the Dyad comes in at €/$115.00
On the other hand, obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed by the rapid cooling of lava. It has a distinctive black color. The Les Fines Lames Monad costs €/$750.00, while the Dyad costs €/$850.00.
The Monad ashtray has a single cigar rest, while the Dyad has a double one. Both the Les Fines Lames Raw Aluminum and Obsidian ashtrays are currently available. The enterprise is a French accessory company. Oliva Cigar Company distributes its accessories in the U.S.
