On El Oso Fumar  Take 314, Bear Duplisea pays tribute to the late Mike Peacock who passed away a few weeks ago.  Mike was the beloved owner of Michael’s Tobacco in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Peacock also served the industry as an IPCPR board member. Tonight Bear has assembled a very special panel of people who knew Mike.
