Warhead Independence Day

Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced a special addition to the 601 La Bomba Warhead series, The Warhead: Independence Day. The vitola will be given out at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show. This limited edition project is a first for Espinosa Cigars in that the promotional item will be offered to retailers with the intent of deepening engagement with the Espinosa brand.

While it has the Warhead name, Independence Day is an entirely new blend, distinct from all previous Warhead releases. It features an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Espinosa Cigars expects each ten-count box of 6 1/2 x 55 box-pressed Toros to retail for $180.  A total of 2,500 boxes have been produced. Independence Day was blended by Espinosa Cigars and made at the San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.

“We wanted to create something not only special but different for our loyal customers. It’s a cigar that rewards loyalty and sparks curiosity,” commented Erik Espinosa, President of Espinosa Cigars.

“This project allowed us to stretch the creative bounds of the Warhead line while honoring its identity,” added Hector Alfonso Sr., Master Blender of Espinosa Premium Cigars.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens April 12, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
