At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, the latest Knuckle Sandwich limited edition cigar, the 2025 Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special, will be showcased. Knuckle Sandwich is a brand by celebrity restaurateur Guy Fieri, which is produced and distributed by Espinosa Premium Cigars. The Chef Special 2025 is the fourth installment in the series.
Produced at the San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, the Chef Special 2025 features a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The cigar comes in one size – a 6 x 55 box-pressed Toro. A total of 2,000 ten-count boxes were produced. Pricing comes in at $16.00 SRP/cigar.
“This is one of Guy’s favorite lines,” said Erik Espinosa, President of Espinosa Premium Cigars, in a press release, “we always make sure the Chef Special lives up to its name, and the 2025 is no exception.”
“The first couple of years, we kept things very approachable,” added Hector Alfonso Sr., Espinosa’s Master Blender. “But with last year’s Broadleaf and now this Brazilian Mata Fina, we’re turning up the flavor. This year’s blend has a richness we know our fans will love.”
The 2025 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show opens April 12 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
