Hiram & Solomon Cigars has named Benoît Bail as its Vice President of Sales.
Bail brings a mix of premium cigar expertise, spirits distribution and marketing experience, and international commercial leadership. He has experience in managing multi-country sales portfolios as well as developing oute-to-market strategies across Europe, the Caribbean, Asia and North America. Bail is also a co-founder of the Luxembourg whisky brand Gëllene Léiw Whisky.

In his new role, Hiram & Solomon says Bail will focus on aligning state-level priorities and key account management in the United States. In addition he focus on expanding the international market in Europe, Caribbean, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He will also lead retail education initiatives that include product knowledge, staff training, and guided tastings, and will strengthen sales operations and forecasting, including shared digital asset libraries for partners.
