Earlier this year, Eddie Ortega made some big new when he announced the launch of his own cigar company, Ortega Cigars.   This was followed by the release of his first cigar, the Ortega Serie “D” Maduro.   Recently, the Ortega Cigars web-site has been updated with release of a second blend in the Serie “D” collection – the Ortega Serie “D” Natural.

The Serie “D” Natural uses a similar blend to what the Serie “D” Maduro has – except for the fact that it utilizes an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.   The Serie “D” Natural will be made available in the same frontmarks as the Serie “D” Maduro.

The Serie “D” has also undergone a line extension since its release.   The Serie “D” No. 20 marks the largest vitola currently available in the Ortega Cigars’ portfolio as it is a 6 x 60 sized cigar.  The Serie “D” No. 20 is part of both the Serie “D” Maduro and Serie “D” Natural families.
