Michael Herklots, Executive Director of Retail and Brand Development for Nat Sherman posted on his “Good Life Diaries” blog details around a new blend joining the Nat Sherman collection. This new blend will be a Nicaraguan puro, but will be a part of the current existing Timeless Collection (sharing the same name). The Cigars will be launched at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show in Orlando, Florida.
The Nicaraguan version of the Timeless Collection is being made at the Plasencia Cigars S.A. in Esteli, Nicaragua. These cigars will be made in three vitolas – and each will be box-pressed in style.
The existing Timeless Collection made its debut earlier in 2012. These cigars were a multinational blend of tobaccos that were produced by MATASA SA in the Dominican Republic and it scored a 93 in our assessment. Herklots also stated on his blog that there will be two new line extensions added to the existing version produced at MATASA. This includes a perfecto and a lancero.
