E.P. Carrillo Cardinal Natural – (Cigar Coop IPCPR Photo)

Last month, we reviewed a pre-release sample of the E.P. Carrillo Cardinal Natural.  The Cardinal Natural is one of two blends of E.P. Carrillo’s new Cardinal line – the other being a maduro.  At the time we did our pre-review of the E.P. Cardinal Natural, there was not a lot known about the cigar architecture.  Since then, some information has been released and in a 10/15/12 article on cigaraficionado.com, the information was confirmed about the blend and size offerings.  Shipments of the E.P. Carrillo Cardinal series have begun.

On a recent facebook page post by E.P. Carrillo, the Cardinal was referred to as  “the most full-bodied and full-flavored cigar from the Godfather of Boutique Cigars”.
