Viaje Skull and Bones Little Boy 2011 |
This past Tuesday, Viaje Cigars posted on facebook an announcement that the Fat Man and Little Boy editions of their Skull and Bones line will be making a return.
According to a comment by Viaje Cigars on Facebook, the 2013 edition of the Fat Man and Little Boy will no longer be a double capped cigar. When we talked to Viaje president Andre Farkas at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show, Farkas had indicated the Fat Man and Little Boy had a possibility of returning. He did mention that the double capped cigars were causing some production issues, so if they were going to come back, it would be without a double cap. The 2013 release confirms this.
Viaje introduced their Skull and Bones line in the Spring of 2010 and it became one of the more popular lines made by the company. The 2013 release of the Fat Man and Little Boy marks the eighth release cycle of the Viaje Skull and Bones. The original Fat Man and Little Boy were released only once in the Summer of 2011 (as double capped cigars as a part of the fourth release cycle.
While no specific release date was announced, Viaje indicated in the comments it would be relased in a “couple of weeks”.
