La Duena No 13 |
As we reported in this past week’s Cigar Week Wrap, information surfaced last night on a new addition to My Father Cigars’ La Duena line. That cigar was revealed a Toro Gordo box-press of the La Duena cigar and was known as the La Duena No. 13. The No. 13 will become the sixth vitola in the line. The cigar is expected to arrive in retailers the week of 4/8/13.
Since then we learned first a couple of items. The cigar will be a 6 x 56 size (the longest and biggest ring gauge in the La Duena line). We also learned these cigars will be packaged 12 cigars per box (the rest of the line packages 21 per box).
The La Duena Cigar was officially launched at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show. This cigar had been long-awaited by many cigar enthusiasts and fans of My Father Cigars. This cigar was blended by Tatuaje’s Pete Johnson for Janny Garcia (daughter of Don Pepin Garcia).
