In an email correspondence, Gurkha Cigar Company announced the Cellar Reserve Limitada – a new limited edition cigar that will be an off-shoot of the Cellar Reserve line.  The Cellar Reserve Limitada will make its debut at the 2013 IPCPR Trade Show being held in Las Vegas. in July.

In the email Gurkha described the Cellar Reserve Limitada as “a unique encore addition to this prized cigar brand, featuring many of the characteristics of the Cellar Reserve, but with an enhanced layer of sweetness, richness and body. “

Blend details and production numbers were not disclosed at this time.  The cigar is being launched in three sizes:  Solara (5 x 58), Hedonism (6 x 58), and Kraken (6 x 60).

The original Gurkha Cellar Reserve was launched in 2011.  It features a Nicaraguan Criollo 1998 wrapper, a Dominican Olor binder, and 15 year old Dominican filler.
