Tatuaje Tattoo (2014) |
It has been talked about for quite a while, but Tatuaje Cigars is getting ready to launch its Tatuaje Tattoo Series. The company posted on their Facebook page that the first of four planned vitolas, the Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero – a 5 x 50 Robusto is heading to retailers in May.
The cigar is intended to be a value-priced cigar. The company has said the SRP for the Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero will be $5.00. The cigars will come packaged in 50 count boxes.
The Tatuaje Tattoo will use an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan filler. This is not the first Tatuaje Tattoo to be released. Back in 2011, Tatuaje released a limited edition box-pressed lancero that was also called the Tatuaje Tattoo. This new incarnation is a completely different blend.
The Tattoo is being made at the Tabacalera Cubana (TACUBA) in Esteli, Nicaragua – owned by My Father Cigars.
