Cigar Federation will be launching a series of Factory Direct Boutiques. These will be a series of cigars made exclusive to the Cigar Federation Store. These cigars will be small batch releases and target products being made in smaller factories by lesser known blenders. They will not contain any flashing packaging or banding. The first of this series will be the Project 7 by Noel Rojas.
Rojas is best known as the owner of Guayacan Cigars. He has his own factory and is currently building a new factory called “Aromas de Jalapa” in Esteli Nicaragua. In addition to producing his own product, Rojas makes products for Emilio, Nomad Cigar Company, Jim Robinson’s Leaf series, and Tarazona cigars.
Project 7 is a Nicaraguan puro in a 6 x 52 Toro. When the Cigar Federation team visited Rojas, they came across this cigar in Rojas’ personal humidor.

The wrapper is uses an experimental hybrid wrapper leaf. The binder and filler are from vintage Corojo and Criollo sourced by Rojas.
