At the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show, Viaje Cigars will debut a new maduro called Viaje Cache. The cigar will join the Viaje Collaboration 2014 as two cigars being made at the TABSA factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.
According to Viaje, the name “cache” refers to the rooms where Viaje’s best leaf is allowed to age in bales. These are also the rooms where Viaje President Andre Farkas and the blending team come to test the leaf before the cigar production begins. This cigar is a tribute to those special rooms.
There is one more catch. Viaje says “to elaborate on the idea of the aging rooms, each handmade box has a hidden ‘cache’ built into the bottom where a surprise awaits”.
The Viaje Cache joins the Viaje Collaboration 2014 and Viaje Satori 2014 as IPCPR releases planned for 2014.
