A third installment is coming to the Quesada Keg series. Coming this month, Quesada Cigars is releasing the Holiday Keg 2016.  The Holiday Keg features a new blend and a new packaging design, but keeps true to the barrel shaped packaging.

The blend to the Holiday Keg consists of a Dominican Corojo wrapper, Dominican binder, and a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. Holiday Keg is being offered in one size – a 6 x 50 Toro. There will be ten toros packaged per keg barrel. A total of 1,000 barrels (10,000 cigars) have been produced. Each cigar is priced at $7.95.

In a press release, Terence Reilly of Quesada Cigars commented: “The holidays are a time for friends and family to gather together, something that has become increasingly rare in the hectic pace of today’s world. We thought these special moments needed a great cigar blended to enhance and celebrate just such an occasion. Now there is one.”

There have been two other limited edition installments of the Quesada Keg – one in 2015 and another in 2016. Both of those releases were positioned around the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Those two St. Patrick’s Day releases were also packaged in barrels, but had a blend of Pennsylvania Broadleaf over all Nicaraguan tobacco.
