Aganorsa Leaf has announced its third blend under its Guardian of the Farm line called Cerberus.
The name Cerberus comes from Greek mythology and refers to a mythical three-headed hound that stood watch at the gates of Hades. The blend consists of 100% Aganorsa Leaf tobacco grown in Nicaragua and features a Corojo 2012 wrapper. This is the first brand released in the Aganorsa Leaf portfolio to utilize the Corojo 2012 wrapper.
“Corojo 2012 is going to add another level of complexity to Aganorsa Leaf’s signature flavor and aroma,” stated Terence Reilly, Vice President of Sales & Marketing in a press release. “We wanted to utilize it first on the Cerberus because Guardian of the Farm is most popular with cigar enthusiasts who appreciate the nuances and characteristics of new tobaccos. We think they will be very pleased with the Cerberus.”
Cerberus will have a full launch during the first quarter of 2022. It will be available in three sizes – each produced in 15-count boxes. In addition, there will be a special 6 x 52 Toro-sized vitola made available to the Cigar.com Elite Advantage Loyalty Program beginning November 10, 2021. The soft launch of the Toro will be available in ten-count boxes with a total production of 200 boxes allocated.
