This past week Viaje Cigars has announced a follow-up to 2020’s Amuse Bouche small batch release, the Amuse-Bouche II. Like the original Amuse Bouche, Amuse Bouche II is being released under the White Label Project (WLP) Series)
Amuse-Bouche is a French term for a small appetizer. In this case, Amuse Bouche is a petit cigar using only Nicaraguan tobaccos from the Aganorsa farms, aside from the wrapper. The cigar measures 4 1/2 x 48 and is packaged in bundles. While Amuse Bouche was a Nicaraguan puro, Amuse Bouche II uses a San Andres Mexican wrapper.
The Viaje White Label Project is a mechanism that is used for experimental blends, mash-ups, and cigars made in error. The cigars are typically packaged with simple white paper bands featuring the “Viaje” name in black font.
