Cigar News: Punch Dad Bod Announced

For those who have a “Dad Bod,” meaning the physique of adult males who prefer to drink from a six-pack instead of spending countless hours at the gym obsessing over their abs; Punch has the cigar for you, the Punch Dad Bod.

The Punch Dad Bod is a limited edition cigar that comes packaged in four reusable stash cans that contain five cigars and are complete with Boveda communication. The cans can be used as a humidor, portable ashtray or keepsake.

Produced at the HATSA factory in Honduras, Punch Dad Bod is a six-country blend featuring a Cameroon wrapper, USA Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and fillers including Nicaraguan Condega, Dominican Piloto Cubano, Honduran La Entrada, and Brazilian Mata Fina. The cigar comes in one size – a 4 1/2 x 60 “Champion” figurado size that gives a nod to the “Dad Bod.” The cigars are expected to ship May 1st and will be in the stores prior to Father’s Day. The cigars are also banded with a “Father’s Day” tie.

Distribution for Punch is handled by General Cigar Company. Pricing is set at $6.99 SRP per cigar.
