Fratello Cigars’ Sorella, a cigar originally released for the non-U.S. market will soon debut in the U.S. market.
The Fratello Sorella, along with another blend, the Fratello Arlequin, first were seen in 2019 as part of a limited sampler known as the Fresh Space Pack. In 2020, the Arlequin was released in the U.S. while Sorella was released to the non-U.S market.
Blendwise, Fratello Sorella features an Ecuadorian wrapper, Indonesian binder, and a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. It is available in one size – a 6 x 50 Toro. It is presented in 20-count boxes. Production from the Joya de Nicaragua factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
In a press release, Omar de Frias founder of Fratello Cigar, opined, “It’s fascinating to me how our international markets reacted to Sorella versus Arlequin. In every country outside of the US where I would have a tasting, Sorella took the center stage. For this reason, we decided to make Sorella an exclusive blend to our international partners.”
It is anticipated the Fratello Sorella will be showcased at the 2023 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show which is slated to open July 7, 2023 in Las Vegas.
