In 2021, Padrón Cigars added to its record for Number One Cigars of the Year when it captured its fourth Number One cigar with the Padrón 1964 Anniversary Series Torpedo Natural. Now the company has updated its No. 1 Cigar of the Year Sampler to include that cigar. Information on the sampler was communicated to retailers this past week.
The new Padrón No. 1 Cigar of the Year Sampler includes one of each of the following cigars:
- Padrón 1926 Serie 40th Anniversary Natural (2004 Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year)
- Padrón 1926 Serie No. 9 Natural (2007 Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year)
- Padrón Family Reserve No. 45 Maduro (2009 Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year)
- Padrón 1964 Anniversary Series Torpedo (2021 Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year)
It is anticipated the updated sampler will be featured at the 2023 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show slated to open July 7, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
