Howard G Cigars has announced it has ended direct-to-consumer sales of its cigars.
In an email communication the company says, “We have come to a point in our journey of expansion where it is key to shift from competing with our retailers. We have decided to discontinue the online sale of cigars through the Howard G Cigars website, effective February 1, 2024. This pivot is a testament to our growth and is a milestone that would not have been achievable without the steadfast support of YOU, our valued customer.”
The company has a list of its authorized brick-and-mortar retailers as well as those retailers who will offer Howard G cigars online. These can be found here.

Hi! My husband and I have been consistently going to the Big smoke, minus a few, for about 12-13 years now. We lived in Maryland and he was in law school. He’d worked a few other cigar shops and while he was in law school, he worked at 1 in Gaithersburg, MD. They were having a contest 1 year and he ended winning! So that started the Big Smoke adventure! After that big long story lol, I was trying to look up events and was just looking for guidance! I live Bradenton, FL now and was wondering if you knew of any information about any cigar events in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Daytona, Tampa (we live closest to Tampa)that you might know of? We’re willing to travel, just not to Jacksonville are! That’s pretty far away lol! Thank you for your time, your patience and for your(hopefully) help! I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
Sincerely,
Francie Helen-Bier Feder

We highly recommend The Great Smoke. It’s down in the Palm Beach area and its one of the premier events.
