The Association of Dominican Cigar Manufacturers, Procigar, has elected Litto Gomez as its new president and Ciro Cascella as its Vice President. This occurred on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, when the association elected its new board.

Litto Gomez is the founder and owner of La Flor Dominicana. Ciro Cascella, the executive president of Tabacalera A. Fuente. Both will lead the association through 2026.
