Lure Cigars has announced the second installment of its Catch & Release series, the Brown E-Trout.
The Catch & Release series are limited-production cigars. Due to size or sourcing contracts, they are not available in regular production. At the same time, these are cigars that the company feels are good enough to share with its consumers. The name comes from the brand’s roots in fishing. Sometimes, you cannot keep a fish you caught due to size, managed species, or out of season. At the same time, while you have to let the fish go, you want to experience the thrill of catching it.
The blend features a San Andres Maduro wrapper over a binder from Estelí. The fillers come from the Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua. The Brown E-Trout comes in one size, a 6 x 54 box-press toro. A total of 400 five-count bundles (2,000 cigars) have been produced. Pricing comes in at $10.00.
The Brown E-Trout follows The Speckl’d Perch, the first Catch & Release release by Lure Cigars.
